This boarding house is located north-east of the city center of Belfort, in an expanding neighborhood.
It replaces a welfare state building that has been demolished by Adoma. This project lives up to the expectation of the local partners that were looking for supplying accommodations and care for the destitutes.
This project has been though and equipped to assure comfort and autonomy to the residents. 26 20m² studios have been created. Community areas have been implemented in the boarding house to help the new apprenticeship of a social life.
The new boarding house opened in may 2014.

Construction d'un Village de 20 Logements pour 25 Places de Stabilisation et 5 d'Urgence - France.
La pension de famille est située au nord-est du centre ville de Belfort, dans un quartier en pleine expansion.
Elle vient en lieu et place d’un ancien bâtiment de l’Assistance Publique acquis et démoli par Adoma. Ce projet répond aux attentes des partenaires locaux à la recherche d’une offre de logements et d’un accompagnement pour un public démuni.
Le projet a été pensé et aménagé pour garantir aux résidents confort et autonomie, 26 studios de 20 m² ont été créés. Des espaces collectifs ont été organisés au sein de la pension pour faciliter le nouvel apprentissage d’une vie sociale.
La nouvelle pension de famille a ouvert ses portes en mai 2014.
