Le projet intégre l’accessibilité à tous les types de handicaps (physiques, sensoriels, cognitifs, mentaux ou psychiques). et notamment:

  • Le guidage, le repérage et la qualité d’éclairage pour la déficience visuelle et intellectuelle;

  • La communication, la qualité sonore et la signalisation adaptée pour la déficience auditive ;

  • Le type de stationnement et de circulation adaptés, de cheminement extérieur et intérieur, de qualité d’usage des portes et équipements, pour la déficience motrice .

Design for the Construction of a Medical Center hosting a pharmacy, a medical office and nursing practice in Sundhoffen , including laboratories, phytosanitary , several medical offices , offices and various technical & service areas

The project takes into account the  accessibility for the disabled (physical, sensorial, cognitive, mental or psychic) :

  • Guidance, tracking and lighting quality for visual and intellectual deficiency.

  • Communication, sound quality and adapted markings for auditive deficiency.

  • Parking type and adapted circulation, both internal and external, as well as equipments and door uses for motor coordination deficiency.
